Snagging Service
Who better to provide a damage snagging list than somebody with not only a trained eye for detail but who also has the knowledge of what can be repaired and what cant. Why have somebody snagging who is unsure of what damage can be repaired, more often than not we arrive on sites work through snag lists and come across the word REPLACE! Instinct then takes over and we investigate only to find that the replacement item has common damage that looks severe but with our skills and materials results in a perfect repair.
We will arrive on site and with direction from the site manager as to what areas / rooms that need snagging , we will work our way through the areas resulting in a professional Merlin Repair Specialist Ltd snagging document. That will state clearly what needs replacement and hand it to the site manager therefore the site manager can waiste no time and order the items needed.

Repair Service
We can repair almost anything so obviously not everything can be mentioned but if there is anything we don’t mention, just ask! We can repair almost anything internally and externally from laminate flooring inside, to spraying large powder coated panels externally!
Site Works:
We will arrive on site and with direction from the site agent either with or without a snag list begin to work through each damaged item. We average 10-15 repairs per day maybe more or less depending on the extent of the damage.
Domestic works:
At Merlin we try and make our service as simple and easy as possible. After first contact whether it is by email or phone call we will try and get back to you within 2 working hours to arrange an appointment or help with your query. Merlin would then send confirmation of appointment via post. On the appointed day we would simply turn up and carry out all relevant works, once complete you simply sign on the dotted line and we are done!!! No Mess!!!! No Hassle!!!!
