From small scale projects to major schemes we have the resources and capability to undertake all repair and resurfacing works associated to Pre Handover snags.

Our onsite repairs and resurfacing services include on Site Spraying, Smart Repairs, Glass Scratch Repairs, Stone Repairs, Brickwork cosmetic treatments and Floor Honing. Whether it’s a new build, dilapidation, refurbishment, restoration or renovation we can offer the service and solutions needed to ensure smooth hand-over to your clients.

All our Technicians carry CSCS cards, are IPAF trained and carry full PPE Kit and Consumables to undertake all works in a safe and quality manner. We can schedule Technician site appointments at 48hrs notice and undertake surveys and provide itemised quotes for small to medium projects in 3 days. For large scale projects we will work with you to deliver a plan that meets your site requirements.
